The batching plant can produce ready mix concrete up to 60 m3 per hour.
The heavy vehicles and supporting equipment consists of 9 Hino mixer trucks with a capacity of 7 m3, 2 Hino cement tank trucks, Hitachi ZW 140 & Komatsu WA 150 wheel loaders, 1 set of laboratory equipment, 2 concrete vibrators, etc.
To ensure that supply of power is always available at all the time, so that production is not delayed, 1 unit of Mercy/Stamford generator with a capacity of 150 kVA is provided at the batching plant.
The available laboratory equipment are: Crushing Test, Yield Test, Material Analysis, Moisture Content.
Calibration on the equipment is carried out by the authority regularly, to ensure the accuracy of measurement on weight, pressure, etc., so that ready mix concrete is processed according to the quantity & quality ordered by customer.
