Steps before ordering ready mix concrete:

1. Preparing the project area before ordering ready mix concrete by:

• Inspecting formwork thoroughly whether it is strong and clean of dirt and debris, to avoid concrete blisters after casting.
• Calculating the formwork’s volume to estimate the volume of ordered ready mix concrete. The mount of the above volume is a confirmation of the calculation that carried out by SDB technical section. This will serve as a reference in case of customer complaint.

2. Contacting the customer service by telephone, WA, email, fax (facsimile), or SDB’s Marketing who may have contacted you. Please inform about the volume, time of casting and project location.
3. As a follow-up to the customer order, SDB will submit an order form via email or WA which must be filled out, signed, and sent back to SDB. The surveyor will inspect the project site, road conditions, environment, etc. Furthermore, SDB will send a quotation to customer. After negotiations are reached, the customer sends a purchase order (PO) to SDB via email, or delivers the hard-copy to SDB’s address directly.
4. The ordered volume should be a multiple of 5 m³ or 7m³ according to the capacity of SDB’s mixer truck.
